I love my food saver. I vacuum seal all my nuts and store them in the freezer. You can buy an attachment that you can seal things in Mason jars. If you use a dehydrator, you can seal whatever you dehydrate in a mason jar. Thank you for sharing Karen. 🙂❤️

I love my vacuum sealer. My son bought it for me a couple of years ago. I buy meat on sale and vacuum seal it & I also use it to seal cooked foods like rice, seasoned ground beef. I’d hate to live without it now. Great to see you. Love you sweet friend. ❤❤❤

These vacuum sealers are so handy to have. I use ours almost every day for something. It keeps brown sugar from getting hard if not used quickly. I store my extra flour in a sealed bag in the freezer. Same for extra butter. You can also seal up opened bags of snack chips, cereal bags, frozen veggie bags, etc. without having to use the special bags. Also I have used it to vacuum seal up some newspaper articles and old photographs to protect them from the air and damage.

Karen, I loved having a vacuum sealer. Being a widow now and having only myself to cook for, it is so handy to have the capacity to seal things and put in the freezer for future meals. By the way, I just made that cheesy, rice and chicken/broccoli casserole. Oh my goodness. Myself, along with my widowed friends enjoyed it tremendously. Have lots of left overs for the freezer for future meals. Thanks so much for sharing. Yummy.
