If you buy a compact SSD you can fit it in the monitor cable ports area at the back. My desk is a lot cleaner now.

What about RGB? I notice some of these Benq monitors don’t say what the RGB is. Isn’t that important if your printing?

I have been using Dual PT BenQ's for the last several years, can't use anything else. Highly recommended.

Thanks, I just have two questions. 1. Does it have auto brightness which work very well on Macs, does the keyboard shortcut for brightness on Mac keyboard work? 2. How KVM is used with Magic Mouse/keyboard?

Recently came across your channel, excellent videos! However, I am curious about your experience in using this monitor for your photoshop image manipulations? For photography editing BenQ recommend their SW range which is specifically aimed at photographers/photo editing. I note that the PD range does not fully support the Adobe RGB gamut.

Nice review. How does the sharpness compare to the iMac? Always concerned that text is sharp with no or very little artifacting. Thank you!

I personally have zero issues with mac. Everything is nice and sharp.

Any issues with mac os scaling? as 4k usually shows the UI very small. Great video!

I didn't experienced any issues.

4K monitors is not recommended for Mac if you plan to scale the UI (yes UI is very small). Other go down a step in resolution or up to 5k.

Is there any difference between this monitor to its older brother pd3220u? Size is not the biggest issue for me but I would like the best monitor for its value as I need a monitor for photo editing.

SW series is better for photo editing I think

Nice review but pretty much all Displays are Matte Coated. I wish it was glossy. Is Benq PD2700U as "matted" as this?

Great review, How do we collaborate manually for professional color correcting? Do i need special kind of hardware?
@NemanjaSekulic5 ай бұрын
Monitor is shipped already calibrated. But after a while, every monitor needs to be calibrated again. You need hardware calibrator like Spider pro for example.

Woo! That monitor is really great! By the way - I'm a Windows user, and I haven't tried out the Mac OS, what I really prefer is a normal desktop.

Good monitor is key. You can work with an older slower PC but if your monitor is old and doesn't show the proper colour you going to have a bad experience.

$800 for a single monitor is so expensive damn, 1.6k if you want a 2 Monitor setup.
