@@esczaman1299 oh, I didn’t know that. Well thank you for teaching me something new. But to me Indian food will always be superior.. I think for everyone the food they grew up eating is the best. But I hate it when people limit our food only to one taste, “spicy” that is. The food is spicy, in actual sense, it is not just “hot” i.e, not just chillies or peppers, it has many spices. But we have sooo many sweet and neutral dishes as well. I just wish people could see that and not just call everything “cuRrY.”

Have been living alone for some years now and I agree with Zeta, it is so time consuming to make Indian food. My mom made it seem like it was nothing. She cooked breakfast, and lunch and then went to work! Having tried to do it now I realize it is impossible for me! Hats off to all the Indian moms!

4:34 The buttered toast tastes bloody brilliant WITH the chai, ZETA. They work TOGETHER, as a COMBINATION. You can dip the toast in the chai, too, and amazingly that adds to the flavour of the chai too.
