Hi Vince. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to file my case Pro Se. The Southern District of New York very quickly contacted me and informed me that the case would be sent to mediation after I serve my employer. I will be assigned an attorney by the court. I understand that my employer will automatically ask for a dismissal. Is having the court order mediation standard procedure? I am now under time pressure to serve my employer myself. I contacted a quit a few attorneys who were interested until I told them I worked for a public school. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank for what you do.

I want to clarify that I did a search and did watch your other videos on Alternate Dispute Resolution. I just don't understand why it would a case would be sent to Alternate Dispute Resolution as opposed to Litigation.
