My case just got closed by the EEOC because my lawyer just closed that I was a lesbian and due to some new executive something or other that Trump has passed, they completely have closed my case, even though my boss did things like send me a picture of his butt and much much worse, things that aren’t contingent on the fact that I am a lesbian. I don’t understand how this is legal? This was just 15 days before my scheduled mediation.

EEOC is toast . You will have to rely on your state’s laws . Trump rules America now.
