I did this exercise and something amazing happened. I came to the realisation that there is only consciousness. The second I recognised that insight there was a shift and everything changed. All of a sudden I felt as if I was connected to everything in the whole universe. There was a disassociation from my thought, and I had an overwhelming feeling of peace and pure bliss. I felt as though I was drunk on happiness for about 3 days. I think it was a little glimpse of enlightenment and it was beautiful. 💫 💕

It’s not enough to just listen and agree and understand. You have to make the realisation for yourself and then something shifts with your consciousness which allows you to understand by experiencing it.

Hi Sunny! I wanted to share something that happened last night. I got a notification on messenger group chat. It was my narcissist abusive parent and a couple other family members (they have no idea how abusive and manipulative this parent is) Normally, this would send me into a full on panic attack and I would engage because I wouldn't want to disappoint my other family members or come off as a brat. (In the past I would have been so worried about what my "normal" family members would think of me. Instead I observed my thoughts, took myself OFF the chat, then meditated for a few minutes and spent the evening enjoying myself, putting up Christmas lights and making a healthy dinner and being so kind to myself. IT WAS SO AWESOME!!! I was fully in the present moment and no anxiety! I couldn't have come this far without you!! Thank you so much for your teachings!! 😁💕💕💕💕💕🙏We LOVE you!!! Edit: in the past I would have gone straight to the liquor store to numb the anxiety.

When spiritual pointers given by great sages are pondered by our stored informations (local mind) with imagination it conforms/adapt basing on the beliefs it has about the pointers or in other words the mind projects its beliefs on the pointers. Actually according to me (who is the mind made conceptual sense of self) - The sense of self who suffers is the blend of the Being and identity (oneness) with the thought or image about the body.

It's weird but regarding the memories especially those of my childhood, since I meditate I don't feel any emotions anymore. It was as if it was just pictures in front of my mental screen and I'm not even really sure that it was my past. It's as if I had dreamed of this but didn't experienced it. Weird. It's cold to observe that but a relief regarding my childhood that has not been very joyful. When you meditate whether you want it or not because the meditaton is not supposed to be done for a purpose, you lose all kind of passions which are the cause of suffering. There's no more hysterical approach to comprehend this dimension. I don't want to give any color to this world. I can't. The ego has gone too far and It is cunning. It tries to take control all the time especially when the minds are frazzled. I would say that the ego is real unlike you but not infaillible. To me It's not about dissolving it because I couldn't but dealing with it It's the method I found to master it. I let it "think" that It can have a say and I assess it. It's not really about fear, It's about the absurdity of the events because in this 3D all the stories are really absurd. Have you got a meditation to sleep ? I don't sleep good as of late. Maybe the 5D energy. Thank you for your excellent videos.

Hi. Thank you for sharing this..what meditation methods you use to become more self aware ?
@idaloup6721
@idaloup6721 3 жыл бұрын
@@houmandehdashtidmd9078 I couldn't explain. I feel that the more you become an untethered soul the more you are aware. I mean you can't be aware in keeping on being stuck in the sandpit of the reality and give your energy to TV, mediascum and all this illusion that is made to make you live like a sheep. The most you stand out from the herd, the collective consciousness the more you'll be aware of your true essence, the eternal one. When I meditate I know that I don't need much to make my journey as a human being and I am able to realize how much the manipulation of the society can be deadly if you fall in its trap because if you can't fulfill your wishes you only experience frustration and anger. Meditating is about dissolving all kind of passions or being absolutely detached from them. As I said now I don't feel any emotions regarding my past and It was as if It had never happened. You can ask your true self to wipe out any kind of expectations about people, society and keep the composure in any kind of circumstances. It takes time but It's worthwhile. When you meditate don't expect anything of this moment. Let your thoughts arise and observe them. If It's evil thoughts you get rid off them swiftly and if they are creative you can hold. It's your own experience therefore It's a bit tricky to give advices. Blessings on you

Hi Sunny. Today i decided to return to advaita Vedanta to get out of my tremendous mental agony. I, ,m 57 so way older than you are and due to that lots of life experience and challenges, sickness, depression and anxiety disorder.due to trauma For a long time i,m interested in stories of people who had a NDE, fascinating to five into especially because of my own experiences Once they are out of the body all suffering disappeares they all tell.. I challenge myself to find that peace while in a body. After listening to this exercise or inquiry the only answer i can give when to look for where is the one who experiences emotions is the subconscious. It seems that 95% of our behaviour and reactions are ruled by the subconscious. Can,t find that.If there,s a video about that could you please send me a link to this to help me gain more insight? Sorry if my English isn,t 100,,% accurate but greetings from The Netherlands

I understand "I" don't exist. I've experienced just being "the observing." I get that we do nothing but we can choose with our attention. Now what?

Its a process. I think with the mind there is an expectation that it should just happen whereas we don't expect that from any aspect of mastering something. Trusting Sunnys methodology. With his teaching I'm finally getting what Buddha and Eckhardt are talking about. Still on a very intellectual level but getting glimpses. Keep at it. :)

Same for me. Looking at my face in the mirror everyday is the hardest thing to conquer. Really is quite hard to function in this world. Life would be a lot easier without mirrors.

This was good. Another simple one i do is to point out that in every experience, touch, taste, sight, thought the mind instantly creates a 2 part equation. I see, I feel I smell etc etc. So fair enough. A simple 2 part equation to solve should be easy. So place the 2 parts on the table for me. Let’s see them. Like laying out the soup and the bowl. The knife and the fork. Only 2 parts easy stuff. 2 + 2 is 4. Let’s so shouldn’t take more than a few seconds to look at the components of this. People can instantly describe only one half. They can find the car that is seen, the cake that is tasted, the sound of the bird that is heard but instantly run out of steam when it comes to putting the other half into words, object, thing etc. But you said you heard the bird? 2 things the bird sound and you. Easy. Not so it seems. You can try this with yourself. Every time you split what happens into 2 by instantly inserting an “I” onto experience challenge yourself to find it.
