How To Stop Believing Your Thoughts
Fear, anxiety, regret, self-doubt, jealousy, envy, greed - All these things which you claim disturb your peace…Why are they so prominent in your experience?
Have you ever considered why they continue to have such an impact? Why they continue to be relevant?
You can come up with all sorts of complex formulations but the answer is quite simple.
It is because you believe in your thoughts. Yup, believe it or not, that’s really all there is to it.
You not only believe in what your thoughts are saying and projecting, you also believe in your thoughts as “my voice.”
This conditioned tendency of yours creates most of your problems and all of your suffering.
Are you ready to put an end to it?
If so, today’s video will be an incredible resource. In it I will share with you how to dissolve this belief in mind.
I will also guide you to experiential evidence for understanding the difference between pure observing vs. identification with thoughts; watching vs. involvement.
If you listen to the entire video with focused attention and apply what I guide you through, I can confidently say you will never be the same again.
Watch the video above and have a great Monday!

Fantastic. I think a challenge is when people who have read law of attraction material where it goes on and on about 'every thought you think creates your reality' some people will become scared of their automatic thoughts that was being fed into their thinking mind. In trying to stop these thoughts, a person can go exhausted and almost crazy. Surrendering to the possible outcomes that the automatic thoughts are showing us, however bizarre those thoughts are, has helped me, but this is another interesting fascinating way. Dispassionately observe. Thank you.

The spirit has come up with a new strategy to help with this concept that you’ve talked about in this video. Addressing the flesh as ‘the human’ helps. A few times while watching this, the human thought of a few things, but with the spirits ability to detach and realize that it was the human thinking, it helped the spirit refocus or should the spirit say, re enter a state of awareness.

Another powerful way to see that you actually do not control or chose the thoughts that arise is try to think only good happy thoughts, if you could wouldn't you do that? the fact is that it's not possible, it's not in your control. Advaita Vedanta very clearly show you that fact, as do other teachings from other cultures but not as openly as Advaita Vedanta does. this subject is a crucial thing to understand if you want to know your true nature. very good explanation, peace & harmony.

Thanks for sharing! I'm plagued with random negative thought loops through out the day and I keep identifying with them, coloring my perspective, pushing myself into anxiety. I understand this approach calls for just witnessing the thoughts rather than countering them. For a long time, on my spiritual journey I have mistaken these random thoughts as intuition or deep knowing. Of course It never felt right and had me second guessing myself. I'll try and practice this disengagement.
