This is one of the most heart touching loveliest ted talks I've heard. He might not have an accent like Shashi Tharoor, but because he was speaking from the heart and was not self-conscious and because he himself enjoyed speaking, I enjoyed listening to his talk and understood fully every message he meant to convey.
