To keep burgers from falling apart, it's best to "work" them. If you have a mixer with a hook or paddle attachment you can do it that way, or you can kinda slap-throw them from hand to hand. This kinda breaks up the protein and holds them together in the fat.

20:25 I was honestly so surprised by my current partner and how emotionally mature he is. Not only that, but his friends as well. It's a tight group of 3 and they all still have their own branch out groups occasionally but they all support each other, call up each other for advice and are just genuinely really nice and wholesome and I'm so glad to have been accepted into their little group as well. Not just "as the girlfriend" but as a friend as well on equal playing field. They're all so amazing - genuinely the only guys I've ever 100% felt safe around. I feel comfortable getting absolutely plastered around all these guys, just being myself and knowing that absolutely nothing bad will happen. I know the fact one of them is my boyfriend plays a part in this but I've hung around some shitheads, including ex partners. I've been truly been blessed by this lot after the abhorrent shit show that's passed through my life prior. Their origins as well though were rather toxic and very... well, typical "dude bro" behaviour as well. All (as far as I'm aware) cis het white men also, who have all grown up in a red state. They've all matured incredibly quickly from there though - also... Since I joined I've also peer reviewed them a bit and I'm pretty sure they're all similar flavours of neurodivergent so... *that* might have a little something to do with it

That's why I'd say maybe use a thicker, denser slice of bread so you can put the sauce on the bread while you cook it and it won't make it all soggy. Idek, I'm a pretty sub-par cook but even I know how ingredients interact with each other.
