Yea, the 3 main voice actors have dabbled in Power rangers in the past, Nero voiced by the 2nd Black Ranger, Vergil Voiced by the Quantum Ranger & Dante voice actor played Kamen Ryder(not sure in what way) but all 3 worked on PR/ like programs

@@reconer100 They don't just voice them, they are the rangers. Johnny Yong Bosch (Nero) was also Zeoranger, while Dan Southworth (Vergil) was also an accomplished martial artist. Reuben Langdon (Dante) was never really a ranger per say, but he was a stunt actor for Kamen Rider Dragon Knight and B Fighter Kabuto, and some other Power Ranger stuff. He also did a lot of work for Capcom, for Ken since SF 4, Chris since RE Code Veronica until RE 6, and Date Masamune in Sengoku Basara. It's why he could vouch for Dan and Johnny for their roles in DMC, since they knew each other in the toku days.

to explain the whole shishkebab thing since it's very out of nowhere without context, that sword is a demon sword and Dante is a half demon - stabbing a half-dead Dante through the chest with it was mainly a gamble to see if it'd revive him

to slap in some more context, i dont think being stabbed through the chest by pm any kind of sword has ever even hurt dante. and we're talking about some cutscene stabs here. so its not like itd kill him even if it didnt revive him
