From my own playthrough I can confirm that; - Enemies killed with the knife takedown will be gushing blood out of their necks, some even bending their heads like they're about to fall off. - Those killed with fire grenades and stuff will show up on fire shouting "GAAH IT BURNS!!! SO HOT!!!!" - If you killed one while he use the 'book', they'll be clutching their dicks - And if you killed someone, fed them to vultures, killed that vulture, THEN ate it, they'll show up with vultures above them shouting "YOU FED ON ME!!!"

The MG series is based as fuck tbh. Imo, the series really should have ended with MGS4. Portable Ops and Peace Walker are both solid games with mostly unobjectionable stories, but they're also unnecessary, and needlessly complicate what's a relatively simple and beautiful story. MGS 5 was an abomination that totally ruined any sense of realism that the series had up to that point and also tried to make MGS 3 a worse game by association. I don't *want* to know why the Pain and the End could do what they do. If anything, the fact that they were secretly infected by parasites is far less interesting than if they're more or less just ordinary people who managed to do some extraordinary things, it's a dumb twist used to introduce a dumb conflict that isn't even the focus of the fucking game, God I hate MGS V so fucking much holy shit Nothing against MGR: R, though. Honestly, I kind of love it. Far better continuation to the series than a bunch of unnecessary goddamn flashbacks. There's also the fact that The Boss/Joy's story is just sitting there, waiting to be told. This is a series about personal legacies and the cyclical nature of violence, a story about The Boss is genuinely the only way to continue it without running into the thematically incoherent bullshit of post-MGS4, GOD I HATE MGS 5
