Yes, I know Prez isn't here. Prez is cut content. It would be very difficult to make an actually funny or visually entertaining segment based off of what amounts to 7 minutes of optional dialogue. I love Prez, the fans love Prez, but Prez wasn't good for this video. I tried. Normally, I would put slower stuff that breaks the pacing at the end, but uh, if you've seen the end you probably know why she couldn't fit. Unfortunately. well i wished there were more planes and weapon types to be honnest. i wish someone would make an ace combat style game with all the weapons and planes of previous ace combat esk games and allow u to use the weapons on any plane. and more missions with multiple targets. after u beat the game a couple of times theres only really like 2 missions worth playing over again for the sake of destruction. also conquest mode hardly has any fun ground targets and it's always the same damn map.

Crimson 1 believed so fully in the Federation cause that he defected, even though he was the top ace, simply because he didn’t think a single individual could effectively stand against the Federation. And then you come in and prove him wrong. Now, his world view is shattered, and his insanity is him trying to hold on to what scraps of that world view remains. He wants to shoot you down because you represent everything he *could* have been. In the end when he says his final words, he’s not implying the thunder or storm as being Monarch’s death. It’s warning that when the time comes that Monarch’s world view gets shaken, to remember what happened to Crimson when it happened to him, so as to not end up like him.

The US military industrial complex is contracted by the US government to build tanks the US Army does not even want in the first place because they still have so many. The makers just build them anyway... and then strip the electronics out or something and send them out to warehouses in the desert where the total lack of humidity maintains the tanks as close to perfection as possible so they can, theoretically, be used in the future. So yeah, it is actually perfectly realistic that post-apocalyptic people would be riding into battle with tanks made today. I think planes are not made exactly in the same insane process, but they still have old planes maintained the exact same way: just empty them and leave them in the desert.

this review came with impeccable timing as i just finished the first of my attempts to finish the entire campaign with *every plane*, on hard, using only cockpit view. it may have taken over 20 nearly-consecutive hours of pain and suffering, but i just stomped Crimson and his PW-Mk.I in a MiG-21 Trainer with only default weapons and fuel tanks. this means that, canonically, the single largest world power employing the latest vehicles and weaponry, fielding the supposedly "best" squadrons in the world lost to a soviet dart piloted by a coked-up mercenary maniac with anger issues and a cramping trigger finger the journey was long, i may have nearly lost my mind, but i got there in the end now i just have to do it all over again with the other planes. j o y

It was Oct. 28th and I had to rush playing and finishing it because it was on gamepass and it was leaving gamepass Nov. 1st (I bought it back afterward though) So at the end of the Presidia episode I was livid! Project Wingman might just be the best fangame ever made. It takes everything that makes Ace Combat Ace Combat and distills it down to its purest form. And I really hope Project Aces sees this as the call to step the fuck up that it is, and I'm hoping that the existence and success of PW is part of what motivated Project Aces to make as big of a deal about their new Ace Combat project as they have been. Somewhat unrelated note - someone made an edit of the final boss of Project Wingman, spliced with Pixy's dialogue from the final boss of Ace Combat Zero. It works shockingly well, and presents an interesting dichotomy between these two characters who end up with totally different ideals despite pursuing more or less the exact same actions.

However, after a period of slumber Razgriz returns, this time as a great hero" If that is not the entire plot of Ace Combat Zero I don't know what is. The first segment before the Belkan dropped the nuke is basically Cipher raining death, and the second segment following it where after almost 6 months of 'slumber' the AWWNB starts their campaign and tries to nuke the world. The Belkan War officially ended after the Belkan Seven Pillars, June the 6th 1995, and the next engagement happens around the final months of the year. That is the time Cipher returns as a great hero as mentioned in the Razgriz tale.
