I just sat through this entire video from start to finish, fully focused. Around 01:17:17 where you were talking about fabrications is where I felt like something almost *clicked* somewhere in me. Like if I pushed a little further I would have had a major realization/insight that would have blown my mind completely. When you were talking about the cloud only existing with the experiencer, and the empty nature of the cloud itself without an experiencer to experience it, it made sense, not only conceptually but something deeper resonated. Would love for you to dive deeper into this.

Great and refreshing to hear. I’m only at the half way point and thought I’d ask as someone who’s deep in this work as well. The shadow work part where you said it’s not good until you dissolve the center or your just putting more lipstick on, wouldn’t you agree or atleast see where I’m coming from when I say that since it’s all about emptiness to begin with and going to shadow work first or last is irrelevant since it’s all imaginary to begin with and matters not if an imaginary process happens first or last. The end result person that seems to still live may express the work from shadow work from the past just as it may still express its love of art or music supposedly from its childhood. It doesn’t really matter, any kind of apparent personality at the end is just that, mysterious and apparent. But honestly it’s all just a mystery if we are dead honest.

great analogy between dependent origination and dictionary words. i remember being really "questioned" by the fact that the definitions of all words are dependent on each other, thus there is no real meaning (empty of meaning?). I questioned someone about that and didn't really get a good answer, just some meaning.

I appreciate the description of ego as a contraction, or lower vibration, of God. The language for such I have been wading in is to conceptualize ego as infinite layers/planes (∏), or vibrations, of orientation through which Being flows and is constantly navigating and reframing within. Self is then an amalgamation of ego orientations the "I" hardens unto and out of itself. Piercing through and between the hardened orientations (via vipassana, etc.) Allows for exponential contraction of ego - ego(1/∏^∞) - until emptiness is realized; while exponential expansion of such - ego(∏^∞) - realizes ultimate oneness, God, etc. However, this is merely a linear/binary pathway that becomes realized in infinites in either direction. That in of itself is but a singular dimension of logic orientation. If one orients another dimension unto such, the vertical line of polar infinites simply becomes realized as a circle, with those infinites then being endpoints of its circumference. Which Frank extrapolates as the erasure of the duality of oneness/emptiness. For this 2 dimensional "cyclicality" of awareness, one realizes infinite orientations within its space and without. Add another dimension, Suchness becomes spherical, and you begin orienting via (I suppose) a quantum mechanics of consciousness, and so on. Full realization is then capping at some kind of full octonian navigation of experience orienting all dimensions, and all infinite orientations within them. Not claiming this is my realized experience, as it is more of an intuitive construct, with the language still being played around with.

So if you're getting rained on and it's cold and wet, the focus is to be about the resistance of the mind and the focusing and contracting of the self? Rather than the simple practicality of building or finding shelter? Or having sympathy for the less fortunate? In my most humble opinion, this sort of philosophy is not a constructive endeavor. A backwards step. The insatiable quest of distilling reality into a logic map. A distraction from embracing experience. I say this because I've spent much time in the past trying to think my way out of overthinking. Instead of flowing with reality, one keeps questioning who or what is self and existence? Once in a while I engage with it, like now. But I recognize to no longer take these topics seriously. Consider me shit posting.
