46:20 the historian Jan Vansina mentioned in his book "Oral Tradition a Study in Historical Methodology" the following: " Moreover, it is a well established fact that a decisive factor in the tremendous storage capacity of the human memory is the amount of attention given to the data that have to be memorized. Practice in the process of memorization is another factor that comes into play. Consequently failure of memory is directly related to the method of transmission, the degree of control exercised over recital of the testimony, and the frequency with which the testimony is repeated. " an emphasis being put on the effort put into memorizing stuff, which corroborates what mufti Muadh is saying
