That spruce rosewood practically sings on its own. Amazing!

All 3 sound & look stunning with the Cherry Sunburst having incredible sustain! Was delighted to have seen them & played the mahogany Tobacco one on my visit last Wednesday. Thanks Matt! 😊🎶

Thanks Joyce. I did keep the cherry one out of temptation's way that day!

Very nice Matt, the last one was superior in sound to my ear, very warm!

It should be superior I guess, with the price. But yes, I'd say it certainly is!

Thanks Matt, quite a set to introduce a knew line. Like the Tobacco sunburst, the aesthetics on these are real nice. Have a great weekend.

Was hoping vintage meant cheaper... Guess it doesn't... I got to play a moonbird yesterday. I get it now...

erm 'vintage', like, never means 'cheaper'. On the contrary. Sorry!

Oh, I do like that last one, too!

The rosewood and spruce sounds incredible, but it’s the mahogany I crave the most.

I should also say thanks for the video - I’ve been very curious.

Perhaps you're coveting the credible, not the incredible!

@@WorldofUkesI’m not good enough to have a playing style, but if I did have a playing style the mahogany would suit it. And all three are beautiful high end instruments. I do think you’re right though - the mahogany is something that I can picture saving up for.

Been looking forward to this video Matt. I'm a big aNueNue fan so was excited to hear about this new line. They sound great. I like them all but the spruce/rosewood model stood out for me. Seems louder, more clarity, more sustain. I would have to like the most expensive one wouldn't I 😂 Do these all have gloss necks?
@WorldofUkes2 жыл бұрын
They have satin necks I believe (not with them right now but almost certain!)

Absolutely stunning instruments !! Pity they didn't retain the unique aNueNue name and logo.

rt1m is made of khaya (afirican mahogany) which isnt a real mahogany.
@WorldofUkes Жыл бұрын
Khaya is in the mahogany family, one of many species - so in that sense it is 'real'. Swietania is 'classic' mahogany. So you're right in that sense too. I think that ukulele sounds lovely, which is most important. I don't understand why manufacturers worry about what they're calling the wood. If someone heard this, and it was advertised as khaya, would that put them off if they liked the sound? There's no reason why it should. I didn't know that information but have updated my website listing to reflect it.
