I love this. Something I do for myself that has about the same effect is rubbing my thumb and finger tips (and sometimes the whole fingers) on the same hand together. I do this when I'm walking and get triggered by some idiot that almost runs me over (happens often as there is no speed limit in the country where I live, and there are many ill-trained and entitled drivers who seem to resent pedestrians). It calms me down just as quickly as any of the usual Havening techniques. It's also useful when I want to do self-Havening when I'm in a public place where the regular techniques would seem a bit out of place. Maybe it helps that my fingers are quite smooth.

Some years ago, there was a lovely philosopher of science and journalist in Italy named Giulio Giorello, and he did an interview with me. And I don’t know if he wrote it or not, but the headline in Corriere della Sera when it was published was "Sì, abbiamo un'anima. Ma è fatta di tanti piccoli robot - "Yes, we have a soul, but it’s made of lots of tiny robots." And I thought, exactly. That’s the view. Yes, we have a soul, but in what sense? In the sense that our brains, unlike the brains even of dogs and cats and

This can work surprisingly fast- often one session can bring dramatic relief. Sometimes this change can take place in minutes. The client's experience usually is that the work is easy to do, feels safe, effortless and pain free. That is because the delta waves produced by touch have such a relaxing and grounding effect which is helped also by the compassionate presence of the practitioner.

It's just what it takes, it's so real... It always hurts to realize that there are so many unhappy people in the world... Why is the world so unfair? Difficult question. Treat your neighbor the way you would like to be treated. Every time you think about doing something bad, think about how it would turn out on you. Perhaps if everyone thought about it, the world would be a better place. It is important to will realize this. A lot of people think it won't affect them. But everything comes back. It's so scary to live in the world. You constantly feel like someone are looking at you like food. I want to hide, hide in some crack and curl up there in a lump in anticipation of most terrible. Sometimes it seems to me that a person is created only for pain and suffering, but I would like to think that this is not so. Yes, you know, at this moment I want every person on Earth to be happy! yes, exactly it's you, happiness to you! My most cherished dream, and I'm hope, what someday she come true. I believe that is exactly what will happen.
