In an attempt to undo Sia’s mistake, An Invisible Challenge uses restricted space, repetitive motions and the motif of being pulled back to create a visual representation of Jr choreographer Emily Smith’s life as an autistic person. It ends by building hope that there is a way out of our struggles -finding something (or someone) to hold on to when things get too much.
