CubsCraig well it’s a long story but here it goes. So I had only done two withdraws before but have had my account for about a year. Yeah, I didn’t win often lol. I had just deposited 300 bucks and when I went to go play the site was glitching and crashing AGAIN! So I decided I was going to withdraw my money and delete my account because It just was not working. So I put in for a bitcoin withdraw. A few days later I got an email saying my withdraw was canceled and that I needed to send them all sorts of personal information because they said I used a different card to deposit my funds? Which it absolutely a lie. I have only used one card ever as I only have one card! So I told them the info they were asking for i wasn’t comfortable giving to an unregulated company in Mexico as it could be used in identity theft. I’m they wanted a picture of both sides of my drivers license, a pic of a current bill with the same address on it, and a pic of the credit card front and back. The other thing is I had just moved so my address on my id didn’t match my bills, not that I would give them that info anyways. The point was I had not done anything wrong and they were retaliating because I wanted to do a withdraw right after depositing my money. So after threatening to call my credit card and using them to reverse the transaction and give me my money back they then sent me an email saying my account has been locked and that somehow I now owe 400 dollars and any money on my account would be used to collect this debt. Yes, you heard it right, they played dirty like that! That’s how they scammed me
