One of your many qualities is you don’t just fix the problem at hand, you future proof things as well, like putting corrugated tubing on to protect the trans cooler piping, spacing the cooler from the condenser. These are the small but important preventive maintenance steps you take for your customers. Cheers from Mudjimba beach QLD Australia.

A buddy of mines dad put electrical tape on a brake line that was leaking. Kept buying and adding brake fluid. No telling how many bottles of brake fluid he went through. My buddy finally bought the brake line and we put it on in the parkin lot at college one day when he had borrowed it. 20 bucks for the brake line and probably 20 minutes to get it done. We just laughed. Gave his dad a hard time for a while.

I have an old K1500 Suburban here in Australia (was sold under the Holden brand built as RHD) anyway, I blew my rear diff a couple of years ago & managed to find a 14 bolt FF which I rebuilt with 4:56 gears & an air locker (I run 35" tyres) my problem of course is I now have 2 different stud patterns, no big deal really but I'm yet to build/re-gear the front to suit. I can't get an air locker for the front because apparently the K1500 front diffs are too weak & of course the K2500 front diff doesn't just bolt in. Because I would also like a front air locker, I might just try & buy a 2500 front diff & work out how to mount it some how? Thanks for the insight into rebuilding them, I must have got close with the rear as it still seems happy but I was unsure what to do with the front & what they look like (I really need my 4wd back!) Another great video guys, funnily enough the owner shared this on a Suburban facebook page today, yes, he's pretty happy with your work, hence the distance he was prepared to travel to have you guys do the work 👍

I've got a 2002 F-250, and the right front spring perch is getting thin from rust. The problem is, its welded to the axle tube, and really needs replaced. I've looked everywhere for a replacement part I can replace it with, and its impossible! I can probably fab something, but I just don't have the time and enough knowledge and tools to try it. Question is.... Chad, do you know of a place I might be able to purchase one?

Chad the secret to getting the piece out of the intake. Is an old plumbers trick. Use a hack saw blade to cut it in two or three places. Then you can use a chisel or screw driver to knock out the pieces. Use non hardening pipe dope to reseal it. Don't worry if you get into the threads. The pipe dope will seal it up. Use pipe dope for gas line. This will hold up to the coolant. God bless
