@@ColdBaltBlue I've always had a high metabolism too. I used to be a a competitive bodybuilder as well. Now that I'm in my late 30's I've noticed none of my pants fit me anymore. I never thought it would happen. My wife is too good of a cook though to resist but still I really don't eat that much and I eat a very healthy variety. Maybe your right and your metabolism starts slowing down when you get older. I know I can just start working out again though. The only reason I'm not is because I've been really depressed. Sorry for venting this stuff on you, your comment just made me think.

They just show you a couple of minutes to get you interested enough to want to watch the whole thing. I'm pretty sure you can subscribe to their channel like netflix and then watch all their shows. This is YEARS old. I may be wrong, but _think_ the first time I saw it was before I moved here, 10 YEARS ago in November, but again..I could be wrong. It is definitely 100% YEARS old though, regardless of how many. We desperately need to keep up the fight for the survival of Orangutans though, and not forget their plight. I want to see updates on ALL these gorgeous guys & gals. See how they are doing now they are sub adults, perhaps actual 'adults'!!!? That would make a WONDERFUL _new_ series, and will keep the narrative going, to save our endangered Orangutans.

yes this video is years old, Borneo orangutan no longer endangered. the only endangered orangutan is the Tapanuli orangutan in Sumatra... if they really care about endangered animal, they should think about the Solenodon or the Borneo river dolphin or Surili the shy monkey. they are at the near extinct level.

Put just enough of power milk to give it color and mild taste. The banana's are what made him overweight, if you have 🍎 or a 🍐 . These help curb the appetite . When the others get a banana give him 1 of these. Also Celery, carrots. They all need greens.

firstly, the facilities called nyaru menteng, funded by bos foundation. they got around 400 orangutan at the facility, and around 50 on pre-release island. they also take care some bear (sun bear) and some civet. for those amount of mouth to feed, they need to supply about 3 tons of fruit every week. secondly, they're not that wealth. so to thing that they must buy specific fruits, specially expensive fruits like avocado is a bit to much. and carrot is also expensive in their area because it have to be supplied from other province. third, the milk is not cow milk, its soybean milk
