I feel sorry for Alex. He will never be truly happy with his current view of the world. He says the man made world is "the real world." That world is not real it's manufactured. Nature is the real world. Learning to love nature, not only the beautiful butterfly but also the ugly spider, is the path to happiness. That is where the feeling of belonging lies. I found my perfect place in the Sierra gold country. 9 acres with a cabin, an old gold mine, a slate quarry, a spring, and was covered with 200 foot tall pine trees. Then one of those big PG&E fires went through and took everything. Now I live out in the southern Arizona desert, 25 miles from town. I've learned way more about life living out here then I ever did in California. That makes this place perfect for me now even though before the fire, I never would have looked here. They're bucking the flow. Always go with the flow. Makes life much easier.

My father suffered from migraines throughout my childhood. Oddly enough, they usually came on the weekend when he could relax from the busy work week.

Stress causes catecholamines to suppress the activity of certain white blood cells, leaving the immune system weakened the white cell so it becomes hard to fight off illness. Learning to stay calm may help to prevent negative effects of stress. But you guys seem so calm and happy but I guess d ethane is different behind closed doors. Sometimes stress can be chronic and you have had so much recently. Praying things will settle down and you have a lovely stress free summer

The person who commented saying how can you care so much about people and children you have never meet in person is so right when you were on your holiday l kept think about you all are you enjoying time with your family swimming in the sea building sand castles. I did comment hoping you were having a lovely time but telling you on no account should you comment, and then to find out the situation l was so disappointed for you and Sara you did look very poorly on the last video, it’s just so very lovely to see how much better you are and l think spending time with your new friends as really helped you. I do not attend church but l believe in god and from the moment you showed us the land you had bought it felt like a very special place and that he often wonders there, l know it may sound silly but that is what l believe. When Sara & little Luce were walking down the path looking for the cats, I couldn't help but notice how breathtaking the views were. Luce is such a sweet child in the way she loves the kitties. I enjoyed watching how amused Sara with the high and crazy energy of the traveling beans. It was good seeing Sara laughing. I think the visit was therapeutic. So true what Emma says. My first pregnancy was twins and one nurse told me to be a good mum, you have to take care of yourself, take one day a month away from kids to do what you want. That was great advice. Hard in the beginning, but it got better. Go to a movie, visit a friend, etc.

Women function very well under family stress until it is over and then they get so sick. Seen it many times in my life. You had a lot of stress with Luce being so sick and then Luca's health concerns. Good you recognize that so that you can ask for help and not take it on all by yourself should you need it. You suffer with migraines and that alone is enough to deal with. Being away from all your family at times like this is hard as you have little support. What a wonderful neighbour you have to cook all that delicious food for your guests. How nice it would be if another young couple like the Beans could be close by to you. Keep healing Sara and Luca, sit in the sun swim in the ocean, let nature and your beautiful Luce heal you. Hugs. ❤🌷

See how Luce's cats all come up to her with their tails straight up in the air with a curl at the end. That means they are all very happy to see her. Cats are good judges of character, and Luce has passed their test with flying colors. Is very cute.

Some need neutering the ginger is a male & the colony is interbreeding so hopefully someone will provide a veterinary service to help the females & males. Young kittens are beautiful but at 6 months can become pregnant, so without neutering they will become weaker. Luce is setting example to the locals in how to care for the Gatti😻

That is interesting what you said about relating getting sick after you allowed your body to finally relax following so much stress. One thing though, if your illness was food poisoning then you likely did get it from Tunisia. Food poisoning sets in 5-6 hours after eating something bad.❤❤❤

Having moved here from California 3 years ago, initially I missed the typical savory breakfast. It was the first thing I went to eat when visiting. Surprisingly I felt sick about 5 bites into the eggs and bacon! Now my Sicilian breakfast is what feeds my body and my soul!!!
