I live half way up on a mountain here in North Idaho. The road turns to gravel 1/2 mile from the road we turn on from our house. The road narrows and bit of a way up and it’s a very narrow. Two years ago our neighbors and my husband and I took the side-by-sides and drove up to the top. We stopped and got out to enjoy the view of the mountains and valley on this warm sunny day with no breeze at all. Not even 1 minute after turning the vehicles off a large tree came crashing down behind us in the dense forest. We looked at each other and I asked if anyone wanted to check it out. It was a no for everyone but me. Yes trees fall in the forest all the time. Here in North Idaho mainly in the winter . Or in the fall when a freak windstorm comes up a a tree landed on my husbands Tahoe on his way home from work and totaled it this year. And a neighbor years ago found huge foot prints spaced very far apart. They are definitely here!

WOW! Dan, you are an extremely brave man to have stayed on that mountain and then returned to hunt on your own. My sighting didn't involve bravery, even for us two women, my daughter and myself, traveling down the ALCAN . What we felt was awe, but that was because we were driving, not exposed out in the open like you were. It was a male crossing the road in front of us that I estimated to be an adolescent--around 6 foot and fairly thin, not the boad-shouldered 10 foot monster you encountered. But here's why I have posted a reply. Years after that sighting, I purchased a cabin on acreage in the Idaho Panhandle in an isolated location. For the 15 years I've lived here, there has been constant "sky anomalies" that I've been able to take photos and video of--too many to count. I mention this because two years ago I discovered huge footprints in the snow below my bedroom window. The prints showed the feint outline of toes, the footprints measured 17 inches, and the bipedal stride was 67 inches apart-measured with a tape measure. For some reason what unsettled me the most was that the footprints simply disappeared just past my cabin, yet there were no trees to climb anywhere in the area.Your account and my personal experience makes me wonder, yet again, if there's a tie-in connecting Bigfoot with UFOs.

Excellent! I think he has it figured out and the fact that he could be a quivering puddle in the truck and then go out again says a lot! Evidently his hearing, at the time, could hear the infra sound, but his dad hears at a higher level and it didn't wake him up. And the suggestion that the thing was ready to ambush him makes some sense. If he was all camoed it may have been trying to figure out what he was. Then when it realizes it's a guy with a gun he just wants it to leave him alone so it scares him off. Glad he can share his story now. Jan

Fantastic interview! Marvelous witness, marvelous story! I truly appreciated hearing what this witness had to say his experiences seem to corroborate several eerie forest experiences that I myself have had, and that makes me feel as though perhaps my own mystery may have a sasquatch at the source also. All the best to you, and to everybody. --N

Oh good Lord! You stayed out there another 8-9 days? Nope, not me! Sir, you are one very brave Man. I guarantee you that Sabe/Sasquatch layed eyes on you again many more times before you left for home, and probably your Father as well. I've had a very close encounter myself (about 20 feet between us) up in the CA Sierras in Desolation Valley Wilderness. They ARE real, huge, and terrifying to look at. My fortune was that he was just curious which I did not know at the time. It took me about 2+ hours to get back to the car (in the dark); this creature, and his friends, flanked me the entire way. I understand/know your fear. It was a good 9-10 feet tall, red hair (it was a full moon), and must've weighed apprx. 800 lbs.(?). Yes, they positively DO EXIST. Thank you for sharing your encounter. I cannot begin to imagine your fear: you were out there alone! You did everything right, and being a hunter, you knew NOT to run and employed lifesaving tactics to get the he*l out of there. God Bless you, Sir; hearing your story means you survived a horrible, terrifying situation. 😳 ❤

Great account and this man is not a coward! Everyone feels the dread sink into their bowels and many lose a load in the process. So it’s impressive that he didn’t go crazy.. just kept his head and backed away. FYI: Sasquatch people are telepathic, 5 dimensional beings, so they can literally vibrate faster than we can see.. like a fan blade. Most don’t want trouble. Unlike some of the other parasite 4d entities that are also lurking around and ordering snacks to come their way. Lol and before you ask, I know because God keeps saving me from ‘tense’ situations, starting as a little kid in the 70’s.

This is the first time that I’ve heard exactly what happened to me. Other than actually seeing something. I never actually saw anything, I heard “knocks” but only when I stopped walking. My 13 yo son was with me. We heard between 15-25 separate knocks. It was following us, whatever it was. Silently following in intensely dense forest, down wind of us the entire time. I live in nw Montana, worked in the woods for almost 20 years, hunted my entire life and this was the only experience I’ve had.

Why do humans assume there will be lights whenever they hear a mechanical type of soumd out in the remote woods at night? *Of course Sasquatch live in remote woods, where else would they find sufficient groceries that haven't been over hunted by humans.* Wow! The photo at timestamp @58:48 looks a lot like the view at Jim Creek, close to Wasilla, but Jim Creek has black sand; makes the salmon really show up when looking down into the water.

How disappointing. I live in easter Idaho and would be interested in making this sighting myself. It would be cool to have him as a guide to that area. I wonder if the knocks were from a juvenile. The one that broke the tree in front of you and stared you down was the daddy. I wonder if the juveniles are fascinated by us and the adulte know better. I dont know. If it was an ambush, it seems like it would've been able to overpower and sneak up on you. It seems like a juvenile was screwing around and Dad put a stop to it.

I'm sorry but that triangle thing with the eye in the middle is an pretty evil logo for such a fine bunch of video producers. I like your show but I must be truthful & tell you. It is an evil symbol & it sends me away. I know these People are telling the truth because ive had my own encounters. I've also heard others say to you (why the evil symbol?)
@BigfootSociety17 күн бұрын
It was first a symbol associated with Divine Providence. See the painting Supper at Emma’s by Pontormo from 1525. Originally, it was used to symbolize the Trinity and God’s omnipresence and divine providence. That’s why I’ve kept it. 🙂
@mattjack398315 күн бұрын
No. It's not "evil" by any measure. It's sad and pathetic how uninformed and under educated some of you people are. Your ignorance makes you gullible, and suseptible to believing pretty much anything, like that symbol being evil. Hopefully it does send you away. You are no real loss anyway.
