I'm a plane and tanks guy too, but to be honest, my enjoyment comes from watching your process and the commentary, so if you build the car, I'll be watching it..

Love to see you build the Subaru. Compared with my amateur standard I'll definitely learn a lot from your process and technique.

I’m relatively new on the beginners guide to armour modelling and have built the Panzer II, Stug IV and now on the Churchill using your guides to this so really looking forward to more content on this. Planes would be good too. Great stuff!

I’m not really into car modelling, and certainly not showroom style finished cars, but it is your channel and up to you which content you want to show. I’ll watch if it is interesting for me. Just don’t forget the people who have helped you to grow your channel in the past.

The thumbnail shows an incredible beautiful car. 🧡 I hope the Lancia 037 will follow.

Thanks for another super video, Jason. I am totally with you when it comes to "clean" models. Yes, I know armour needs at least a modicum of weathering and not all planes are clean and shiny, but still... Which is partly why I recently switched to car modelling full time. There's a great deal of very different enjoyment to be had from producing a showroom finish car. And, also, I have forsworn aftermarket stuff, mainly because, as a pensioner, I can't afford the extra cost, but also because the challenge of creating a good result out of the box appeals to me. Any road up, I'd love to see you build the Subaru! All the best, as always.

Looking forward to seeing you create bases. I have never based a model and have always wanted to. I hope you can keep the theme of keeping it basic and simple for beginners on at least one or two like you did with the armour building series you did. Thank you

I enjoy all your video's, even if it's just talking, always good to find out about something from a fellow modeller, if you want to build a car or three, I say go for it, still a good watch.

Do the Impreza! Would love to see that.

I've realised that what I like is a model that has a story behind it. And that means more often than not, that now I'm going to have to do a base or small vignette. In some cases when I haven't got the time or inclination I think I might use something pre-made, so I've had a look around and I've seen some good aircraft bases and backgrounds at Coastal Kits.

Yes please share your car builds. When I started modelling again it was cars, definitely learnt a lot about painting and decals!

Thanks for another great video, I am a plane guy but now I'm into tanks and armour and also military trucks. Whatever you decide to build I shall be watching, because a lot of your videos have inspired me to build better models, thanks.

I am not a big fan of German armor & aircraft. And honestly I had never considered the Spanish Civil War until watching your videos. But you obviously care very much and it shows in your work. I watch and look forward to every video because you make it interesting. I am keen to see what you do with the figures and bases. And I think a car here and there will be great. Cause at the end of the day I enjoy "spending time" with you and I usually learn something new in each video., regardless of the subject. Keep up the good work. And thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.

I've tried to add figures to all my kits. I'm not a good figure painter, but it really does help the subject come to life.

With the Tamiya car body mount, I've taped over the metal bits with some soft electrical tape so they don't scratch the paint or plastic - highly recommend using it for painting aircraft, with each metal bit under each wing.

Found your channel a few weeks ago when I saw a Tamiya logo and was brought back to my early youth brother models. Honestly, I don’t mind watching cars (Especially such a fine Subaru) cause in the end the model is only the device on which what brings me back which is the clear and informative narration is added unto, Continue the entertaining content as your heart desire

Hi Jason, I think it is worth making a distinction between weathering and shading if you are going turn out a pristine finish model. There are painting techniques that enhance the realistic look of a model without spoiling the pristine finish, for example a panel line wash on an aeroplane shouldn't be called weathering. Cheers, Pete.

Interesting listening to you and where you are with your models. At the moment I am building the Airfix Bulldog. I think it's very Airfix but builds well. I have done the fuselage so far and just on the exterior paint f the fuselage. My next model is/was going to be the Otto Carius Tiger but I was rather disheartened to hear that the figure is rather bland. Otto Carius had a rather distinctive face so a figure with a doll like face won't cut it for me and I don't fancy spending another £25 for a decent figure. Maybe a Hornet head is the answer.

Good luck with the rally car. I did one for a change of pace. The build is a piece of p!ss but the decals killed me. I did a Toyota Celica. Decals covered literally 70% of the model with lots of complex curves and edges. Maybe the WRX decals aren't so bad.
