Bo, thanks for posting. Very informative and spent most of the weekend watching your videos, which helped me choose my first drone. Carolina Dronz was of great help.

Thanks for sharing this test movie. I'm also learning to control Anafi and its camera to get the best pictures. The inclusion of gimbal and zoom in this drone is a big change over Bebop 2. We continue with our flights ... greetings!

Great video Bo, I just really want Parrot to add to their software the ability to take panorama photos. This is the only reason why I have not buy one yet.

Agree, specially with he UP-DOWN camera, there are no reason not to have a awesome pano feature.

nice job Bo -- I sure wish DJI would have a upward looking model. any info on the sensor?

Not sure what it is, its 1/2.3 (like all the others) but dynamic range of the DNG / HDR files is about 10stops so a smidge behind the EVO / Mavic AIR and probably also the Mavic2

check out the impossible drone with 2-hours of flight time, its basically a flying battery with camera attached
@pepelepew41176 жыл бұрын
@@bophoto I'd like to see a report on that.

I still think Parrot should have included at "No Cost" all of the intelligent flight modes ... that would have made this a great selling drone .. even toy drone now come with included flight modes

Totally agree

Matt made a valid point why the didn't put "Object Avoidance" feature to keep the cost down and battery life. Honestly, with $1,100 you're getting a lot of value. Well, sounds like Parrot isn't greedy like DJI trying to catch all the easy sales i phase one and let resellers make money. That's what I call "Wisdom not to screw your dealers.
@bophoto6 жыл бұрын
yup.. and staying friends with dealers help keeping the company's products visible in the market at a time when DJI kinda is a hard to miss snowstorm of products.

Still it’s not going to do well. DJI is just king no one yet can truly touch them.

Sounds like Parrot is happy to fill the small niche markets.

I know there are a lot of guys out there like me that can't stand companies like DJI and would prefer the Anafi. I have owned dji products in the past and have learned my lesson. I will never purchase another dji drone and so companies like parrot and Autel and a few others are really doing well to look at DJI and find the things about them that make us excited about the alternatives. I just can't buy products that the manufacturer seems to think they know better than me how to use what I purchased and own outright. It's a disgusting practice that I can't stomach.

Always hated DJI until I tried their products vs the crap put out by Yuneec and the foot in the grave Autel. Sorry but there is NO comparison and unless Yuneec and Autel (fat chance) step up their games they won't be competing in the near future but will be bankrupt. Look at the latest POS from Yuneec, wow a $499 Breeze YAWN, and Autel? How about all that support X-Star owners? They really supported you didn't they? LOL you can't give an X-Star away on eBay. Heck there must be at least a dozen for sale LOL that is how big the user base is.
