i have been making cassettes since i was a little boy back in 1995. Never stopped - all music i like gets recorded and stored on tapes. Tape are still avaliable to buy new but only type I... I know 30 yrs later i would be still able to listen to the music - cant say the same about cd's or hard drives...

I'm 15 and I record my own mixtapes, I've made 3 mixtapes so far, the one problem I have with making mixtapes is since I record from my iPad onto my recorder, I have to turn off all my notification sounds, so they don't interfere with the recording.

I’ve got a bazai recording of venom’s black metal & it’s got a hiss & sounds rough, probably because it’s been played a lot by the guy I bought it from. But the good news is Venom is black metal so a rough sound kinda fits the music well.

thrift stores are so awesome. i'm getting a JVC cassette deck and I bought fifty seven cassettes for a total of twenty five. cassette deck and cassettes. and on Amazon there people posting me stuff like twenty one pilots and I bought an alt j album on cassette. it's exciting and I have a good setup. so should sound great!
