No it ain't. Michale Mayer wasn't a bum in college. He was just as talented. Different style, but still talented. And Bowers is still a rookie, don't matter what he did in college. There's still a jump that he'll have to make, and it ain't easy, nomatter how talented you are. That's why this is the ultimate team sport. You can be the best but still look like shit because everything around you also matters I'm regards to being successful in the NFL

​@@SteadyMo66in I am sorry but Michael Mayer was not even close to brock bowers as a collegiate athlete. If brock was in his draft we would have drafted him at 7 as a sophmore. Brock will adjust quickly he has been ready for the NFL since his freshman season. He dominated every team he came against as a tight end. His YAC abliity is 10 times better than mayers. This is not your typical tight end rookie. Michael is a solid tight end that can become a great pro, but his ceiling/floor are nowhere near brocks. Don't believe me? Turn on the tape.
