What is “walking backwards”?
@Spiritualwarrior19653 жыл бұрын
My children gifted me a truck that the rear view mirror had fallen off of...I glued it back on and in a couple of days it fell off again. Two more times I glued it back on and it fell again, both times. I took this to mean that I shouldn't look back to much on the days where I was lost and walked backwards...to look forward and walk forward towards truth and love and light. Great message we all need in these times of uncertainty. Much love and light to you all.

I have a similar story. I was given a good price for a vehicle from my boss/friend of mine that also had no side mirror.. I used the right glue and it stayed. I have worked in the auto industry for almost 1 year before they moved out of reach. (Moral: Putting what is needed out of reach is not a good idea. Efforts to make it up to them fizzled out, sadly.)

For forty years I walked in the Darkness. I am 48 years old now. This summer I found what I've seeked my entire life. Great spirit. He was in me the whole time. He walked with me the whole way. Could not see him because I could not see light. Now that I walk with him I see all. I see the light and I can see the dark as well. I choose to live in the light and he has blessed me abundantly. Thank you Great Spirit in the sky and everywhere! Whatever his will is my command I will worship him through my actions from this day forward.💙

One of the wisest men I had ever known was a Cree Elder who I knew only as JJ. There were a couple of Band Counsellors having a heated argument about something (I forgot what it was about). He interrupted them and said “When everybody paddles the canoe in the same direction, you go faster.” He then sat down and remained silent for the rest of the meeting. The differences were worked out and progress ensued. When I heard about this, I asked him if I could use his quote, whereupon he said that would be fine. The man could have written a book on some of his other sayings.

Good Buffalo Eagle; These words are true. In walking forward some have been left behind as they made their own choices. This has been the path of my salvation - utter transformation through the teachings of the Navajo nation - I am about to celebrate 25 years clean and a life could barely dare to dream of. A university degree and masters, a career that allows me to be of service to those most vulnerable, a beautiful loved son and husband who is my rock. So many blessings. Thanks to you and to those before you who have suffered but still carried a message to be shared to all. Your healing reaching around our Earth Mother all the way to Australia. My beautiful sister-in-law was born an identical twin on a Navajo Reservation in 1975. Even then, their parents held on to their belief that twins were a bad omen. They were letting the girls slowly starve to death when they were noticed by some 7th Day Adventist missionaries. They stole them off the reservation because they knew they wouldn't be alive for long. They are now healthy, beautiful girls, so identical it is still hard to tell them apart!
