This is what training for strength but not training for hypertrophy (mass) looks like. You can be natural, while being much bigger and more ripped than Anatoly, assuming you do Hypertrophy training. If you do strength training... that's how you end up like Anatoly: crazy strong but with comparatively lower mass. Of course, when I say "training" I'm also including diet. Diet is arguably the bigger part of any training regiment.

Diet? Bigger part? You have no idea what you are talking about if you are saying such things...if you start early like 14 years old and you train like for years, you get to the point where you are really strong and you dont have to have a diet, normal eating habbits are enough. The biggest part is training for years. I used to train for strength for years and my daily training routines was like 12 tonnes of weight. No steroids, no diets. Just normal eating.
@envytee96593 ай бұрын
@@arturarturos7050 You have no idea what you are talking about if you really think training is more important than diet for improvement. If you speak to any top athlete in bodybuilding or powerlifting, any successful coach in such discipline, or any medical professional that has a specialization or even a heavy interest in sports medicine (like myself) they will all unanimously agree that diet accounts for half or more of your success in these fields, when compared to actual training. Some say that progress in these fields is up to 70% dependent on diet and only 30% dependent on your actual training. As the saying goes: "Muscles are made in the kitchen". As an aside, diet refers to whatever you are eating. Whatever it is that you are calling "normal eating" is infact your diet.
@arturarturos70503 ай бұрын
Progress? I didnt write about speed of progress. You have the same thinking pattern as those guys who use steroids. They want to have progress faster. And you say that diet is a key to have progress faster. Like it is a competition with someone when you train. For normal people who just like to train it doesnt matter. There is no competition in training. You will have progress just by training with time. Normal eating is enough, you can eat only vegetables and get so strong like Anatoly. You need motivation, love to train, spend a lot time in training and eat. There is no race in this. And diet is just unimportant factor, when you eat. I was training for years and i wasnt having a diet to help my training. And i was very strong, same as guys who used steroids, and guys who were having great training diet. Strenght came with time couse of training. And you made up so much couse you didnt expierience this. When you have 14 years and you are so weak that 5 pounds is very heavy for you and after 6 years when your weight is 130 pounds, 200 pounds is just easy. Thats the expierience. It was only by training.
