I really appreciate the specific mention of lichen sclerosus. Unfortunately, I had this for years and it could be very painful and made me insecure. My urologist was very dismissive of it even after the diagnosis by a dermatologist. The dermatologist only prescribed a cream which didn't help properly. Eventually, after much research, I suggested circumcision and the dermatologist immediately agreed. I've always had some issue reaching climax but it's gotten worse, and on top of that I'm pretty sure I also have cold glans syndrome, which I didn't know existed until a few months ago. I hate that I don't have my foreskin anymore, but at least the pain is gone, and hearing you mention lichen sclerosus specifically makes me feel better about my decision. Thank you.

Thanks for the interesting video. The veins are responsible for the drainage. What can you do if a vein is really badly damaged, e.g. by an operation or has been completely severed?

Thank you! Don't think of penile veins in terms of single blood vessels but as a functional system working together with the other structures of the penis. This is why vein surgery rarely is effective long-term.

which is the best test to check for the prostate and venous leakage?

Hi, the best way to check the prostate is a combination of PSA, digital rectal examination and transrectal ultrasound. In my opinion, there is no reliable test to check for venous leakage that is widely available. There are ways to check it with MRI and injection therapy which is time-consuming, highly specialized and often involving injecting drugs that need close monitoring of the cardiovascular system. There may be two places in my country where they do this. I talked to the radiologists in the hospital nearby, they refused to do it.

Have sharp pain when penis is erect. Mostly in the head and a little below. Also painful ejaculation. Tight or weak pelvic floor? TMS? Dr's can't find anything.

Same here n I am 76 years old. Have a blood test you may have 🎉prostities infection n all you need is antibiotics. Go for test right away don’t wait it might get worse. I’ve been there.
