@@OHI3DS its a quick and easy way to map out everything in your drawing! Using big simple shapes allows you to plan out where things go and refine them after. But dont feel like you have to use guidelines, tho if you havent tried it i reccommend giving it a go! For example how people use a circle to dtart a head, maybe an action line to keep the body fluid, triangles and various large polygons for thr torso, maybe you wanna try thr stick method for arms where you draw a line then put on the flesh (like youre draeing the bone underneath to get the direction of the arm) etc!

You can do it. Learn the "rules" of drawing hands and you'll begin to notice some patterns. ex. The fingertips follow an invisible curved line.
