The comment isnt about why shes calling... it was alluding to why his truck would be parked at his exwifes house. If he drove his dads truck on his dads week, that makes sense, since the truck is there. Its showing insecurity that she wonders if hes intetracting tons with his exwife and leaving a vehicle there.
