It’s a cover of a Vulfpeck song. Love it. Everyone got to shine in this. Adam was crazy good. Yeah Austin can go high. The man was a “modern Kris Kringle” so yeah Santa Claus. Really fun and I can’t sit still with this one. Good one Yuri. It doesn’t snow in LA - pretty warm this time of year. 😃🥰

Austin and Adam really let loose with this one! Yes -- he was Kris Kringle (aka Santa Claus) with his red sleigh (aka cool red convertible) and his Naughty or Nice App, doing Christmas in LA style. Where else would you find amazing vocals, beatboxing, cool dance moves, and fake snow? Hope your holidays are going great -- Happy New Year!

Yes, he's supposed to be Santa in LA, as the lyrics say. And alot of people seem to not understand the meaning of showing the snow machine at the end. They aren't pretending to be somewhere where it snows & then showing behind the scenes footage. They are extending the theme of the song by showing they are using a snow machine because they are in LA. It's also the home of movie stars & movie sets, so there could be a nod to that too. I hope that makes sense. It's a little hard to explain. But this was a really smart song for them to do. I've never heard of it but it's a cover. I also haven't heard any other a cappella band cover it yet. After 10 years of them doing Christmas songs, including their own, you have to get creative. And I think they did a fantastic job.

Love the tri-tone section on this, "wrapping presents out in the sun," etc. So difficult to pull it off vocally and they did it beautifully. Thanks for reacting to this! It's in my top five HF songs, Christmas or otherwise. By the way, LA really has the best weather. It always looks like that. I lived just south of there for a few years. Happy New Year! PS I think it's Austin doing those guitar sounds. But either way, this my favorite Austin vocal.

If you like seeing Adam beatbox like I do check out their video for the Avicii cover Wake Me Up. There are some closeup of Adam with good views of his lips, jaw, and throat. I also love seeing a very young beardless Austin. This is one of those videos where you really have to keep watching for the minute or so after the song itself is over.
