I have two Sct/ model 19 frames and I really like them.

I did a build and chose the Kiger 9C Pro slide because of the excellent rear serrations and the windows are different and better-looking than most other slides, and the DLC finish is nice. Certainly not the cheapest nor the priciest, just a solid option that looks and functions great. Love the channel, keep it up!

I saw a documentary with you in it where you said "I'm not naive enough to think that the left and right aren't two wings of the same bird". You and I may or may not agree on many things but this is certainly one I can agree with. Please keep spreading this message. I often say that "Americans have far more in common with each other than politicians would like us to believe" and it's time we start realizing it. Really a nice looking pistol. I love the slide with the cuts and that barrel looks really sharp. The DLC on the slide almost looked textured in your close ups. The barrel crown is super nice as well. I've never had a single issue with any Anderson firearm I've owned. Some of my range buddies call them poverty ponies. After they put a mag or two down range, it's amazing how their opinions change. If I was in the market for a pistol, I'd definitely consider this. I love that Anderson is made here and that they employ a lot of very skilled folks. Nice review man, thanks

From MY OWN experience (an important distinction as it's not a blanket statement) SCT frames are not that great. They look good and feel alright, but the one I've used caused more malfunctions than anything. I used it with Shield Arms steel mags for 43x and they constantly jammed or failed to feed; it seemed like every 2/3 rounds at best. Switched the frame on the build out with an OEM frame and the problems disappeared. Less than pleased and wouldn't build another 43x with one.

I don't have an opinion or experience with the SCT 43X frames, so I can't make a judgment one way or another. The G19 frames are solid.
