Need an 8 string and love the low production of the 8, but that purple nebula finish is just nuts and I think I’d find myself playing a 6 more vs an 8 despite having many 6’s. Great guitars!
@dreammachine864 ай бұрын
Way out of my budget but those 8 string Majesties look awesome...the amethyst finish in particular. And Pete's little demo here really showed how useful the piezo is when you can blend it in with the magnetic pickups...even nicer in coil split mode. Similar sound to an acoustic guitar but so much easier to play! I saw Tosin playing a Kaizen at an AAL show recently. He used it on a few songs including The Woven Web but I think he shifted the heavy riff that goes down to the low F# up an octave as I don't think the Kaizen is going to go down to drop E. Interesting to see how he changes things up a bit...I've never heard them use trems in their music but now both Tosin & Javier have signature models with trems it's cool to see them add in these little embellishments live. He also pulled out an Abasi with some 8 string Fishman single coils. I suppose when you're at that level you can ask for whatever you want and companies will make it for you.
