I think their goal will be to get a top 5 spot, and have the rest of the year to work and to improve. Don't forget Andrew, since turning Pro, never really had the time to bring his body up. So, I was actually at the Texas Pro. I took to heart what Fouad and the crew were saying in an episode about that you cannot comment on these shows based on pictures and video, that you have to see these guys in person. Boy were you guys right. Hunter looked so much better in person than he does on the internet. It was a really close show in person, and Hunters back blew away Andrews. I think Hiunter lost the show from his posing conditioning fading through the posing rounds. Andrew won fair and square, but it was sooo much closer in person than the AJ dickriders on the internet make it seem

What's with all the "if_________ are you gay?" or "____does it make you gay?" questions. Are dudes that insecure? Like when did smiling become a factor to determine if you were gay? Me and my gym guys are always laughing while working out. It's like a group therapy thing. And if someone isnt feeling chatty or wants to be left alone for the session. They say so and we see if they want to talk, if not, we give em space. Like when I am squatting or deadlifting, I prefer to focus more and i make it known I dont want to be bothered and my friends respect it. But once I am done, I am usually joking again.

what about the fact that the other guys also have flaws though? All I keep hearing is Andrew's hamstrings and glutes arent shredded enough. Good on him for jumping in & I reckon coming 3rd in that lineup is a great debut. When you vacuum the waist width does also get smaller as im not sucking in at a 2 dimensional shape thats flat, my stomach is rounded from oblique to oblique and it pulls in through my obliques also, so i agree with fouad on this one. I can literally show you an example on my own physique compared to when i contract my abs my waist actually looks thicker

hate the vaccuum, detracts from the shot. Look at Nick Walker's Front Double... that should be thw goal, show the muscle and definition not smooth it out.

Hadi looks better with a vacuum. We don't want big guts. Arnold set the standard for bodybuilding and vacuum enhances the X-frame

i’ve always been partial to a vacuum but probably because of those black and white shots of Frank Zane from back in the day, it definitely doesn’t fit everyone. some people i notice it helps open up their upper which can help their lats pop out
