Something that I feel like should be mentioned in this video is if he’s on his phone during the date. It’s not only a bad sign but it tells you that he is thinking of something else(or someone else) while he’s with you. All of my exes were players(I was at the time too) and I noticed that every time I was on a date with the player, they’d be on their phones and not listening to a word I say. And while that may be ok if something important came up, but when you’re on a date, you shouldn’t have to be on your phone. And they may also find you to be boring, but it’s hard saying that they were bored or they were just texting some other bitch. That to me is a very key ingredient to what his intentions are along with all of these points made.

Some guys are just bad at texting in general, and the good guys don't mean any harm in it, they'd just rather talk to you in person. I'm dating a really nice guy who will actually text me and say, "Hey, I'm sorry I didn't get back to you right away, I had to work late", or something to that effect. I know he's not lying, because he's been honest from the start. If he can't make it to come see me, he says it. If he's coming to town to see me, he'll follow through. He'll say, "I'll be there in like 20 minutes", and then he's here within that timeframe. So, I like that about him. He doesn't ghost me or not reply. I'd rather a man say, "Hey, I can't make it tonight" than to be stood up altogether. A man who likes you will not leave you hanging. Sometimes the guy I'm dating will only do one-word replies right around the time he starts to fall asleep, and if he doesn't reply after a half hour around the time he goes to bed, I know he's fallen asleep and thus, do not disturb him for the rest of the night. Now, if he doesn't get back to me during the day, he's working and his boss won't let him and his co-workers play with their phones, so that's understandable. (He works in construction) But my guy is quick to reply any time he's free and I really appreciate that. Our conversations flow smoothly and he does mostly reply with long paragraphs, so I can tell he's smitten. Haha. Just watch out for the men who only text you or call you around the late hours or here and there with no apology explaining the tardiness or abscence of his text or calls. Trust your intuition. If you think you're getting played, you probably are. Ditch him and move onto the next.

Gosh. I felt like so many swords stabbed me with all your explanations. The thing is, he IS a player but he also didn't want to be labelled as one because he thinks that all the dates we've been doing were for friendship when we've gone beyond it. Even my family and and friends saw us as a "thing." Yo so I liked this dude. I told the dude how I felt, and I wrote like A LOT, like it was pretty excessive (probably didnt use that correctly but oh well). The day after he started talking about some girl from his school, he said he liked her and was planning on asking her out after the summer. I was kinda hurt since I literally just poured my heart out to him but just brushed it off and I forgot about it. This was about 3 months ago, in those three months hes been spending a lot of time with me over his friends, "teasing" me, and other flirtatious things. Just yesterday he told me that he no longer liked the girl from his school, and he liked someone new. He said he was nervous to tell me. Since Im a girl I overthink like A LOT, so I was wondering why he would be saying this if he didnt like me (new flash- he didnt), he wanted me to try and guess who he liked, I first asked him a couple questions that are related to things I do. He said yes to everything that realted to me. When I finaly didnt have anything more to ask I started to guess who it was. I wasnt going to flat out ask if he liked me, so I guessed a couple of names. I guessed who he liked (ill just call her suzy). When I said suzy's name, I could tell he was a little shocked (this is over text btw), a little embarassed, and yeah. Suzy and I used to be friends, she broke my trust big time and I wasnt really ok with that, I learned to forgive her, but she continued to be rude, not trustworthy, and over all a pretty bad friend, we eventually grew farther away and now we dont really talk Ok, back to the story, I didnt want to let him know that I was pretty upset, because I didnt want to make him feel bad. I just played it off, and let it go. The same day he told me, I saw him and suzy. Me and this dude used to be really close and everything, but I deffinatley felt like a third wheel even tho they arent dating. I decided to let this go, and let suzy and him figure things out. Clearly it wasnt meant to work out and there is someone else out there better for me, its really tough letting something go, but ik in the future ill be glad I did this. The dude was problamatic, obliviant, and egotistic. Since I dont want to end the friendship with the guy I told him I ust needed some space, and to have him give me some time. I didnt want to make a stupid decission that I would regret so when i told him this I had given myself some time to cool off, I dont know why I decided to write this on this video, but now that i have written this to complete strangers I feel way better, Im still not back to 100%, but if youve made it to the end, thanks, if you have any advice I would love to hear it, and anything else you think would help. I am so confused what my boyfriend wants. The first time we met at a camp and we ended up making out and doing the basic stuff. The first red flag is that he thinks my friends are annoying and he talks about his exes and sex a little more than he should. He is super sweet and likes public affection but he is the worst texter ever. He isn't telling his friends about me at all, he hasn't even told them he has in any way been seeing me since it's long distance. He has been through rough times and I've helped him as much as I could and he told me that im the only thing that really makes him happy before we even got that sexual but he doesnt show much interest in when I'm feeling down.
