Hisense Guru... My hisense lite is stuck on Start up... It is only flashing off and on and will not let me factory reset using the power and down volume... sometimes I believe it is trying to change screens, because hisense will go off screen and I can see at the top of the tablet a line of light, like it is trying to go to the next page... Be very grateful for any advise... Oh yeah can I do this with the power cord on the tablet... Than's in advance...

perfoem a factory reset it should bring it to its manufatuers setting and then you can start from scratch. before you do make sure you email your photos or transfer them using a data cable a computer. i hope i was able to assist you!

I tried to Reset the Cache because I get "Error downloading "app name". There is insufficient space on the device. Resetting Cache didn't help. I have a large SD card, but I don't know a good way to move apps to the SD card. My email app takes a lot of space, and facebook as well as Evernote. If I could move them I would. Any suggestions?

I have this Pro model & the wifi won't turn on. I did a reset from the Settings menu, About Tablet, it would say turning wifi on for the longest time, like hours. I noticed also it would reboot itself & lock up sometimes, if I choose to skip wifi on setup. Will the factory wipe procedure resolve my issues?

factory wont fix the issue your experiencing. your going to need the company to replace the main board ... make sure you have your receipt , they are sticklers abbout that...

Hi Hisense Guru: Question. My tablet started having charging issues, so I let it charge out completely then charged it back up. When I turn it on the Hisense logo stays on and nothing happens just sits there, sometimes the smart source logo (I think thats what it says, I don't have the tablet with me) comes on and doesn't move. It won't go past it. Any ideas??

im going to be straight with you its more than likely the charging port on the mainboard. another issue would be the charging cable . i would use different brand only because Hisense gets skiddish when it comes to there warranty . call them and get them to refurb it so that you can enjoy your toy!

The Hisense Guru I've already attempted to use another cable and its still not doing anything just sits there. My only concern with sending it back to them is that I may not get it back. I have read numerous complaints that they fix it and within a few months it breaks again or the most complaints are that you can't get ahold of anyone. My 1yr ends 12/18/14 and I did purchase the extended. I'm half tempted to wait it out.

I do have 405MB available on the internal storage, and the app is only about 40M, so I still am not sure why I should have that stupid message and insufficient space with all that, and clearing the cache.
