Joe Amelse What? How is 5" the smallest screen out of all the flagship phones? The Galaxy S5 is basically 5". The LG G2 is 5". The iPhone 5S is only 4"..I'm not sure I follow you.

Nick Gee TV Galaxy S5 is 5.1", Xperia Z2 is 5.2", LG G2 is 5.2", Note 3 is 5.7". Therefore it is the smallest screen out of all the flagships, even if the differences are small.

i wish they kept the M7's matte aluminum style, the M8's shiny metal look makes it look too tacky imo. edit: Actually they do have the old color. MKBHD just did a first look on one. :P

It has an extreme power saver mode the helps it last 40% longer, smartass. Make sure know things before commenting

I know that, but like you've guessed, this mode turns your hot super smartphone to a Nokia 3310.. But yes, it sure gives you more stamina. And common' 2600mah isn't enough, because the screen is bigger too. Remember the LG G2, which had almost the same thinkness with a 3000mah battery. But anyway, I'll buy it !

brushed metal makes it look super cheap more like plastic, i prefer the old one it makes it look so much better, oh well LG G3 for me

aruanboggy AHHHHH !! everyone is singing the same song xD UP UP UP ! Do you even know what an UP is ?? One UltraPixel = One MegaPixel only -_- only the difference is that the size of the individual pixels is larger (which means better low light performance)

This is just a HTC One+. I wish HTC would of taken more liberties with the design of the phone and ramped up the camera to a higher pixel count. Looking forward to Oppo making its way here.

Hey. I really hoped that htc remove the bezels and thin it out. Remove the htc logo and maximize the screen such a beautiful design but short us on the screen. I want this phone but because I use the G2 I will not trade the screen for the hardware. If I can get my way I'd like the htc body with the G2 screen.

What makes me cringe is that the stereo speakers on the M8 is asymmetrical, I mean seriously, it makes me cringe that I want to gouge my eyes out. And the bottom, seriously it's a 3 layer cake. And the back it reminds me of friggin Guyver.

Bigger battery 2600 maH, 5 inch 1080p display, tap to unlock screen, two cameras with better software and hardware processing, curvy comfortable design, micro sdcard slot, and it looks way better than the Galaxy S5.

Moritz Mann HTC doesn't fool with Super Amoled because Samsung played them that one year when they put Amoled on the HTC Incredible and then Samsung said they had a shortage because they were putting it on their Galaxy S2 lineup, and the camera appears to be way better. I'll have to see some shot comparisons but overall I think it's a good upgrade for those who don't own the original HTC One. I'm loving my Nexus 5 & if I come into some extra money that M8 will be mine. :)

HTC designers what are you doing? I loved the m7 but the m8 just looks to much old school HTC. When i first saw the m7 i knew it would be a popoular phone, i just doesn't get that same feeling. I thought HTC would have learned that classy is always best!
