Same here, very rare to see a tutorial really stands on a beginner's point of view. Eg. Many people teach you if you can't do pike walk, do it in bend knees. But what really bend knees does is just lower the hips and just make the movement harder...

Theres also the straight leg bent arm press as well. May be a good intermediary skill between bent arm press and full straight arm press.

When I started my journey last year, he was the one I saw on tiktok teaching crow pose! My first hold! Months l8er I'm off social media and now going from practing a few times a month, to a few times a week^^ It's just comforting being able to do progressions with they guy who taught me my first pose! Try to do a full range of motion one arm planche push up. I've never heard of anyone doing it but you are one of the best planche athletes in the world so you might be able to do it.

Why not one finger Planche pushup press to handstand ? Weird not? So do not complicate life with impossible and very risky skills that just exist in your imagination. If you don't see anyone doing it yet, It is because perhaps simply not doable by humans.

Andry thanks I did my first press of my life I was training for handstand push-ups for 5 months and I was stuck at chest to wall hs push-up in freestanding I was able to go down but not push up but after this video I did my first press bending knees during press is so much easy thx again

Nice video but I have question : I can do around 8 face-to-wall HSPU but still not able to lift my foot up when bent arm although i lean far enough and my waist line on top of the wrist. Is this a lack of strength or technique ?
