Andy is awesome a real wealth of knowledge and a man's man so to speak. IMHO he does what he does because he gets joy from it helping others is a way of helping himself and passing knowledge down from actual experience. Plus like he said he has what he wants and knows how that has empowered him and wants others to feel that when we have a million millionaires that have that outlook in the USA think of how it would look apposed to the millionaires that only want for themselves. 🤔

I've heard it said that if I will just "buckle down" and learn whatever life is trying to teach me, if I make myself available to learn by attending or paying attention, if I do my + or - 10,000 hours of practicum that I will then arrive at the level of expert or attain a level of excellence. It was true. But, it was equally true that the nay-sayers, the people who told me that what I was attempting couldn't be done never really stop dogging you/me. So, of utmost importance is mental toughness. How do you get mental toughness??? You spend consistent time at your craft learning to see your craft from every possible perspective and most importantly you take a good, honest, comprehensive look at who you were as a kid, who you are as young adult, and who you want to become as an elder(hopefully full of life wisdom ready to share what you can't keep anyway). And you move on and through whatever you want and need to learn/do to get from novice or newby to expert or excellence. And one last thing. While excellence in your particular field may be a moving target in need of consistent attention to keep track of I believe nobody will ever wind up on their death-bed regretting that they made their relationships with other people their priority. Take what you can use, leave the rest, and God bless.

That first example of having your own gym will make you work out but you revert back to your old self is extremely true. I have a garage gym that I built because I started working from home during the pandemic and wanted to stay healthy, but nope, I got lazy AF once I started working from home that I put on what seems like 40ish pounds because I was a lazy POS lol

I'm 55. A Veteran. I fell and fractured my spine more than 20 yrs ago. I've lived with extreme physical pain all of that time. Currently, I live and work at a 9.5 out of 10, on a Zero to 10 pain scale. Living with all of this pain had given me PTSD. I need to go back to the gym but I think the fear of possibly hurting my self has gotten in the way. I agree with a lot of what you were saying. I need to find a way back myself

I have had a seizure for the first time as far as I know. My job let me go cuz their policy said that I have to be able to drive a company vehicle and iowa state law says I can't drive for 6 months to a year. I've just got back into the gym before then now I'm trying to get myself back into it cuz I'm dealing with financial issues ad well. When I had to sit on disability til my driving restriction Is lifted and I basically feel useless when my wife tells me not to work too hard and to do everything the doctor said exactly how they said. I wanted to do things my way take the meds my way so I could get my issues documented so they know when they can taper me off the meds.

There's a basic concept in the Old Testament and New Testament called the pivot. Basically, the best thing you can do for God, yourself, your spouse, family, friends, company/master, community, country, and the world is to become spiritually mature. God preserves mature believers, even those living in a falling or fallen nation, for they do the most and greatest work and service to/for Him. If the "pivot" is too small, the nation falls, and visa versa. Imagine the pivot in England in the 1700 vs. the Colonies, and you'll see one small, recent example of this in addition to another basic, biblical concept; client nations to God. I don't mean basic in a condescending way. I mean, it's fundamental biblical knowledge that if you don't have, either your source is lacking or your effort is. Fix it and become the blessing you were meant to be for others!

Did u apologise to ur wife for taking it out on her when it’s ur responsibility the way you feel and act? Maybe it’s time to talk about those things instead of just working out and improving ur bodies improve ur mental health so your not abusing people that love u… DV is literally people blaming outside of themselves for their inside of themselves emotions … it can only change if u identify and correct it to the people that matter, and leading others to grow in those ways.
