Imran YU-TOPIA!!!!!!! it happens over millions of years. the t-rex didn't just evolve into toucans, birds from the age slowly got smaller and smaller. toucans evolved from larger jurassic birds. platypuses are monotremes that retained egg laying far before the extinction event of dinosaurs. ( meaning whatever they evolved from, it is before the big reptiles like the t-rex died.) platypus fossil records are still incomplete as of today.

People feed baby birds like this because sometimes their parents won't feed them, or for the most part because forms a positive bond between bird and human. It doesn't hurt the bird what so ever and it is the smarter option to take when breeding birds. I don't know where you got your information but it was incorrect/overdramatized.

Thats such a rare thing for me.I have never seen a Toucan growing on camera before,that was the actual story of that little toucans life. When he gets ready to let go,he will be in a better place.
