The burl, and not just because of the complications that arose and the ingenious way you addressed it without tearing it apart to put it back together. All are wonderfully beautiful works.

They are all awesome in their own way. My favorite is the orange fire goblet because of the looks. The broken goblet is a great idea and design. The pencil goblet is awesome just because....PENCILS!. The checkered is awesome because of the way it is made. And the twisted goblet is awesome and great craftmanship.

The first one is very desirable but takes a close second for me. The organic nature, combined with its painstaking workmanship and beauty, make the knotted one my favorite... Thanks for stitching them altogether... 👍 Edit: and like most others here I agree, they all have their own beauty... Wait! Shhhh: don't say anything, actually the color pencils are my second place winner...

I once whittled out a piece similar to the stem in that fourth (the natural edged) goblet. I took it in to the lumber dealer where I had bought the wood from which it was carved and told him I wanted a refund because there was a knot in the wood. When I pulled the piece out of my pocket, we all got a good laugh (but no refund). Marvelous work and imagination. Thank you for sharing your work, time and talent with us. I'll be looking forward to your next video.

1. I love the intricacy of the segmented goblet- my favorite. 2. Great job on the free form, off-center purpleheart goblet. You didn't show the hours of hand sanding such things require. 3. Not a fan of the whole colored pencil thing. 4. Great recovery on the burl goblet, and you had balls carving anything on such unstable wood. 5. Nice combination of resin and wood on the last goblet. I turn the outside of the goblet first so I know how much to take out of the inside. More comfortable for me that way. Good job all around!

I like the two with twisted stems best: the red color of the off center stem is fantastic and the knotted burl stem turned out amazing even with the break and having to fix it.
