We reach a lower section of bedrock that gives us one last glimmer of hope to find the rich gold were looking for.
The adventure continues, I teamed up with @Dan Hurd and joined by Gareth @MOTO MINING to relocate the lost mines of Don Agur.
The camping trip of a lifetime, searching for rich ground to open a gold mine.

I agree with a lot people in the comments section. This is well filmed, well edited, good story, good mining. I love the general appreciation for nature and the outdoors. You show a respect for the wilderness in all your videos and show how the earth can be used, while not abused. This is the type of mining that gets me excited about my own ventures, and I definitely got the "feels" with what you shared about being alone in the wilderness.

Dream set up... I'd have a hard time leaving and a even harder time staying away. Old timers had the best of the best 👌 I almost get sick thinking about the land I walk in California and seeing the stuff I have seen found by friends and the massive lump I found myself; and to sit there and have to think 🤔 man they left this behind ....... only because they had to much from the area and had moved on to literally walk around another acre near by and find fist 👊 size nuggets just laying In sun.

I cannot help but think you're leaving a lot of gold behind in that jagged bedrock. Do you go over the bottom of your pits with a metal detector? Have you tried a Minelabs 6000 yet?

Thank you so very very much!! I filmed this by myself on 4 cameras and 2 drones to get multiple angles, it’s super hard to manage it all at one time and I almost drove over the go pros several times lol. It’s really fun to edit it all together in the end when you have those extra angles. ❤️🙂🍻

Totally, some of the best gold is in the final 1/2” on top of the bedrock. We scrape and sweep as much as possible, then detect it lol.

Yes each day we would detect really well and we made a big effort to break into the bed rock and suck up the tasty bedrock bits

Yes totally, you really can’t tell in the videos but we’re able to penetrate the bedrock 6-12”

We can’t carry hand guns in Canada which really is too bad lol, but I have a folding stock pump action on hand when I’m out, i have this kinda reoccurring dream of a bear trying to tear into my trailer or cabin at night! Lol. We detected a lot but just never picked up anything, sweeping the bedrock would always yield a handful of flakes.

Dude the luxury in that fifthwheel was insane, and it’s just basic lol but compared to tenting it was so nice, I showered every single night and was able to have all the amenities, It 100 percent made it possible.
