For the record, as one of your audience members, I'm a late 20s married mom who likes to think for herself about how to raise her family and form her values and live her life. I don't have any role models showing up for me even though I've been intentional with multiple women in my church to show me how they do it. I've always been a "too much" person for people too. Angie, I love how relatable you are! Thank you for being your authentic self. I always felt bad because I’m not the “perfect” Christian woman. I totally get it. in this space here on youtube it can be so hard to be authentically you. it's so easy to fear what others may think or say. and I totally get it with the kid content and whether or not to show them much. I LOVE watching other families interact, and yet I so understand it as well, because it's been something I've really struggled with on my own channel- whether to show my children or not. as they get older, they often just don't want to be on as much, so some of that just happens naturally. but I know I finally just made the decision to go private on my IG account because I was so sick of waking up in the morning to weirdo's that had randomly started following me. I’m also “too much” for people sometimes and a lot of it has to do with my emotions and my sensitivity to things (especially things I’m passionate about) and I’m still learning how to not let it affect me. My videos on my channel are mostly about my journey when it comes to my chronic pain (it’s mostly so I can just talk about it) and word vomit too so you doing it doesn’t bother me one bit. ❤️ I look forward to more of your videos. I like you a lot and find your content interesting and you quite engaging. I think followers know almost immediately when a content creator is not being themselves. This could be one of the reasons for some followers' passive-aggressive behavior. It's not right or fair, but I think that is sometimes all some people can do when they think someone is holding back. You are a natural at creating content, and you should be able to be yourself. Too often, people forget to make the decision to just unfollow if the content no longer appeals to them. Sorry to hear about your plumbing, but now is a good time for things like that to happen vs. ground solid in winter. Or, maybe not? Growing up, we had this issue often and yikes! I just wanted to say that i enjoy the content you do put out, i like the farm stuff, the mom stuff, the organization stuff, the cooking stuff, the poopy stuff, the real stuff, i enjoy people who put out content that they want to put out and don't do stuff "for the views". Your family dynamic was what drew me in initially, but it's not why i stayed. Keep on being you!
