Hi! I have been eating clean and doing your weekly workouts- i’m on week 4 and they’re amazing! But my thighs seem to not slim down, i’m not sure if i should give it more time or maybe i should do pilates instead or light exercises. I find it quite odd because usually thighs for me have the most noticeable results.

Hi Olivia! First of all congrats on week 4! 😍 You have come so far already!! well done! Regarding to you thighs there could be few reason you are not losing. Could be a diet inbalance. Or maybe you should include more lower body cardio workouts into the plan. Best way to lose thighs is high repetitions of lower body body weight exercises- Lunges, jump squats, wall sit etc. My hiit workout collection should be good for it But you should also give yourself a little bit of time. If you see results elsewhere, its only matter of time you will see it in your thighs! ♥️💫
