Same here. I became her when I was really young. And Tomb Raider is my fav game ever since and she is my favorite singer. What a surprise when I found what she'd play the role of Lara! I was 13 when my older brother took me to the theater to watch the movie. And there she was! Hanging on a robe upside-down on the very first scene! hahahaha

I thought that Mal3 was officially in the making by Disney all that time... and yes, I would really love to see her in a comedy (but not for children, more for adults or young adults). Kind of like Charlize Theron comedy style, because I love her in comedy roles... I think Angie has a similar funny side to her. I love that she seems happy and light-hearted now. I loved Gia, Girl Interrupted and the more complex and crazy characters... That interview was great to watch. Enough with all the ptsd characters!!! It is so depressing to watch. I am sure it was Pablo or Salma who told her that about her past characters. 😃

I dismissed her as just another hollywood smile in a stick. Until i saw MARIA. I cant imagine anyone else doing it. She has the Callas speaking voice and accent down almost exactly. In this clip.
