i am 70 years old, and in my humble opinion, i have experienced no one as good as this young lady, either male or female. No computers, not mobile phones or texts, no video games, all we had was music. She is the best of all time, and probably there will be no one as good ever. Sure some may sing a song or two very well, Angelina has over 160 songs and i defy you to find one which is not excellent and in every genre just about. And lets not forget what a wonderful Human Being this young lady is.

This was recorded at "Store Studio", the large studio of the Norwegian Broadcasting. This studio has been used for radio (and television) broadcasting since 1938. Norwegian artists think it is a great honor to play with the Norwegian Radio orchestra, Angelina had done it several times before the age of 12.

You talk about Angelina's stamina,so true,have you ever seen a young artist have such great breath control?You especially see this in her whisper singing which few pros can do consistently because it pushes you to that edge of breathlessness.See A Million Years Ago for a great example of this.

Nobody can cover Amy like Angelina covers Amy. She is able to capture some of those signature sounds that Amy had while still making it her own. On the surface this song can seem a little dry, but when you listen closely, she is doing so much stuff with her vocals in this. She also re-wrote the lyrics in this one (herself) to make them ok for a 10 year old to sing.

No wonder they were in chock as it’s their very first time hearing it as it’s her very first time Singing it, she rewrote the lyrics to make it more child appropriate, writing ✍️ the final touches in the car on the way to the rehearsal ~ the recording is professional TV recording as this clip is part of mini TV Documentary with some summery of her success and some interviews then they followed her in the car to rehearsal and into the Studio and the rest you just seen You can find that Video I think on her Grandmas Fan site? I'm sure others have already said this (commenting before reading the other comments), but this sounds so good because it's a professionally produced music video (with Angelina's vocals recorded directly from the mic, not piped through a speaker first, as with the other videos you alluded to). It looks like a single performance take, but I'd wager it's probably multiple takes stitched together (like "I Put a Spell on You", but less obvious, and almost surely fewer takes). As for the rewritten lyrics, I hope you realize that Angelina didn't just change a few inappropriate lines or verses (and Amy's lyrics in the "explicit" version of the song are *highly* inappropriate in a few places!) - she *completely* rewrote the song from scratch. Every single line is different. The most the two versions have in common (when compared line-by-line) is the single three word phrase "I love you" at the beginning of the fourth verse. But even there, Amy sang "I love you much", whereas Angelina sings "I love you so". Every other line is either _totally_ different or shares only one or two words in common with the original. Now, the bad news: I do have a problem with her lyrics in the first two verses: she says "cry" way too many times (4, to be precise, and 3 of them are at the end of a line). But, OTOH, I absolutely _love_ her chorus ("the moon" and all), and Angelina's use of "laugh, laugh, laugh…" instead of "black, black, black…" in the slower bridge portion is pure genius. It makes that part of the song so creepy! [maniacal giggle] There are some other lines that I can't be 100% certain I'm hearing correctly, but if she's singing what I think she is, they're damned impressive, too. (Note, BTW, that the lyrics Google offers for Angelina's version [sourced from "Musixmatch"] contain some glaring errors, so you shouldn't trust them without cross-checking them with what you actually hear/see her sing.) Finally, I also have problems with Angelina's vocal arragements in the regular verses (the ones that aren't chorus or bridge), which are a little too monotone for my taste. Amy's original is also very monotone, of course, but Amy "plays' with the notes and timing more than Angelina does, so it's not as "tedious" to listen to. On the up-side - and I don't even need to say this, right? - her "Amy-like voice" is heavenly, as it is in all of her Amy covers. So, in summary, a very mixed bag, IMHO. Not one of my favorite Angelina covers, but I can say I "respect" it more than I "enjoy" it.

This orchestra KORK is the Norwegian Radio Orchestra (Norwegian, Kringkastingsorkestret, abbreviated as KORK), a Norwegian radio orchestra affiliated with the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation. They play annually at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Oslo, and have recorded on many labels. This venue is likely their rehearsal/recording facility, hence the perfect sound. One of the highest compliments a vocalist can receive is the orchestra applause when they have finished singing. As you saw, that's what Angelina got - an accompanying musician's ultimate respect. I'd warmly recommend to listen to the original of "the show must go on" by Queen first. Please the lyrics video, the official video is a mix of old video snippets, and is distracting. This song is my ultimate favourite Queen song. Freddie was already really sick while singing this, but his voice was otherworldly, transcendent. Angelina took her own take of it - respectable.

If you listen to the words to the Amy Winehouse version and the Angela Jordan version. You will be amazed at how dark Amy Winehouse’s is and the mean is so dark. Then listen to AJ’s words. Not only changed but changed in in a way that is brilliantly clever. All done during the ride to the hall.

Sir, fun fact tor Back to Black is, that the day before her mom heard what song she wanted to sing. She forbade it. Miss Angelina had to rewrite the complete song in 24 hours to match the music. She had to do 2 tracks, because, OHH catastrophe, she herself erred while singing her new lyrics. This is fact, the violinist watching her, had a stupendous amount of respect for the Norwegian Treasure (AJ) for her perfectionism. Later on grown pro musicians asked her for musical advice, FACT. She rewrote the lyrics cause mom doesn't like her singing about the Black content meaning depression. I am pretty sure this was a rehearsal. In this video I think Kork had a professional recording made, I wish Angelina had a professional video person for her concerts, cause some of them are just recorded on a phone from a distance away, which is a shame, however, I am grateful for even those because it is better than nothing.

Angelina in this recording was only 10 years old and, rightly, the mother did not want her to use the texts of Amy which, for a girl of that age, were particularly inadequate. But you are not discouraged by these little things, so you adapted the lyrics of the song, the same day, before recording, in the car during the trip to go to the studio.
