Just another reason that I believe Angelina Jordan is the finest female vocalist to ever live! About 12 years old here. Elvis performed this in the same key as well. Accompanied on the guitar by Ivan Mendez. Angelina has said that she wants to do some more music with Ivan and Egil Clausen, the other guitarist that she has done numerous covers with in her earlier days. It has been noted that most of these sessions, in her music corner at home, were usually done in a single take.

Thank you for your channel. Watching your reactions to Angelina is important to me. It’s almost like a fellowship. I mainly come to your channel for your Angelina Jordan reactions. I grew up in the sixties and seventies, and have witnessed some of the greatest artists in world. But Angelina is different. She heals me. I’m not going to do the woe is me thing, but life darkened me. I don’t need to be specific, but it did. Absolutely phenomenal Angelina the Queen and master of low notes, it takes more skills and breath control to sing the lower notes, Angelina is the full package she is the master of runs, her beautiful unique silver vibrato is amazingly good, Angelina the barefoot Queen of jazz with a thousand different styles and voices,this is why Angelina is one of the best artists I’ve ever heard or seen! When you realize that she is singing this in the same super low key that Elvis did, when not even Elvis held this continuous low key for as long as she does, it is mind boggling. 12 years old and she did it in the same key Elvis recorded it in!! I loved the way your jaw dropped to the floor after the first 3 words of the song!! Glad to see you used the original video! There is another 'fan made" video that has beautiful scenery, but it cut out the guitar player, Ivan Mendez, who was her guitar player the first year after she and her family moved to Calif. That year the two of them made a LOT of beautiful music !!!

Great reaction 🙂 This low register is a handful for any singer, female singers in particular, but ALSO for most male singers. The crazy thing here is that Angelina was able to go there in this fashion at age 12, and not only dip her toes in it, but sustain the notes perfectly. Angelina has an INCREDIBLE range, but she is absolutely never showing off. If and when she goes way high or way low it is because the song calls for it. That is ONE of a million reasons why her fans love her so much. She is probably one of the most humble human beings you'll ever see 🙂 Stay safe and take care. Much love from Norway ♥♥♥♥♥

This song was recorded when she was 12 years old. Ivan Mendez on the guitar accompanied her. If you would like to know more about who Angelina is and what she believes in, I would recommend reading the book she published when she was 9 years old. The English title is 'Between Two Hearts' and can be purchased in digital format from her website. I believe you will find it very interesting. It describes and tells the story of why she always performs in bare feet. Peace and Love.
