This song is so absolutely beautiful. My wife had never heard it. She suffers everyday from depression and anxiety that she’s had almost her whole life. I woke up today and went to work but I sent her this link and told her to please listen to this song and I that I love her…and that the part when he sings “Hey-oh, here I am” - that’s me. She texted back and said she absolutely loves it. Have to admit I teared up when I saw that text from her. I promised I will sing it for her next time we go out for karaoke. It prob won’t be the acoustic version of course but I just can’t wait to see her reaction when she sees me belt out the original version. Thank you Tom, and AVA

Goddamn. Tom makes me literally feel like a little child again, young and free. Where I could literally have the widest open imagination possible. It truthfully hurts me when people talk down on this band or him and his work. This man is making music that transcends through space and time. A sound, a voice that'll be heard and echo through many years to come. His voice, his lyrics and his music makes me feel innocent again. Like every bad thing I've ever done never happened... goddamn people need to open their hearts and their minds to his work.

crazyljenator my freshman year of high school. When I discovered this band because I was such a blink fan and had heard of the AvA project along with the +44 project and didn't know what that was. Back in MySpace days!!! Only to discover magic for music. Thats what AvA is to me. It gives me a sense of peace. Blink could never do that for me. AvA was there for me when things were hard and I hated life. To me AvA is more than music its magic. Even if it sounds absurd but that's what they brought to me when I wanted die. They will forever be my favorite band.

Toms magical place is not his brain, Toms magical place is also yours. Tom knows a secret about a void, where all good true things come from including ourselves. My son toured the same year they did the WARPED TOUR & he was barely 18 back then, while his band mates were all over 21😂. needless to say i purchased every CD they produced the very next week. having fun learning to play them now myself in my free time ❤

I remember the first time I heard AVA. It was The Adventure on the first day it was released in '06. From then on, they've been my favorite band. They've helped me through a lot. For the past few years, I've dealt with stress and depression and it can be pretty hard. When times do get hard, I just sit outside, put in my ear buds and put on AVA. It's the lyrics. It's the music. It's the goosebumps the songs give me when my favorite parts come on and it helps me keep going. In 11 years, I doubt I've gone 4 days without listening to Tom. He's inspired me to write and writing is one thing that helps keep the shitty thoughts out of my head. Music is my life.. And to be honest im not so sure I'd have a life if it wasn't for music. Thank you, Tom.
