I used to battle with anger. It definitely compounded, especially because knowing I was mad mad me angry. I'm not exactly sure how I worked around it, but eventually I just stopped caring about the things that made me angry. The times that anger does resurface, I remind myself that angry is not something I want to be, and that helps me refocus on a mindset I desire instead. Anger is very satisfying in the same way that eating junk food or watching TV is. It's easy to do. Maybe what helped me overcome my anger was learning to enjoy the challenge of finding an alternate route. When someone drives like a maniac on the road, I think "Maybe they have to take a really bad shit" which helps me understand why someone might do that and also doesn't make me mad. Maybe the benefit of the doubt is the cure to anger. It has helped me, at least.

This makes me realize how I never get angry like this anymore. I can relate though I did when I was younger but you should definitely work on that. Life is insane in how lucky we are and how beautiful it is. It makes me sad you would spend so much of your short time angry. Learning to let go of things is a great lesson to learn. I managed to get a grip of acceptance at some point, life flows smoothly and peacefully and I don't even do it with intention anymore it just is how I am. Love your videos brother.

Anger on things that don't seem worth giving is hard to justify. It comes so quick and by the time you've had time to think about it you've already reacted. So that's been the key for me, try to remember reaction is everything and if it already happen, think about it mindfully and move on.
